Ignoring

I have taken a long hiatus from blogging or well semi-blogging. I have never really been one for words and now with everything going on in my personal life I really don't have words. So here I am sitting here reading other blogs that I follow and I find myself feeling very blah about blogging. I think until I want to get down on paper all of our trials and tribulation about Infertility then my blog will pretty absent unless I want to post about other things.
Cheers to spending some me time and figuring out how I want to write about or happenings.

We are not italian but we made the most of it

It was late Sunday evening, with not much of a thought about dinner. After doing our household chores like dishes, feeding the pigs, chickens and the dog we were rather hungry. We didn't feel like making a huge dinner but wanted something somewhat homemade. Justin at first talked about pasta, but we dismissed it since we both thought we didn't have the ingredients. After researching for a few minutes on our handy dandy telephones, we realized that we had everything we needed (score!). So we set out making past dough, and since we had made Garlic Pesto Burgers for lunch we decided that we had to have ravioli stuffed with garlic pesto meat and cheese (yum-O). Here are a few pictures of what we did:

Justin rolling out the top layer
Getting ready to put the top layer on

Sealing both layers
Our final product, Yum-O!

We had a great time make ravioli and we hope that we can continue to do this since it was so easy. It also a great way to enjoy each others company and spend some time together if your a couple with no kids, or you can have the kids help kneed and cut its rather fun!

greenhouse for spring that has sprung?

Happy Tuesday! This was a quick snapshot of what I spent my Monday night doing. Justin and I decided that since it was suppose to be around 55 each day and 30-40 degrees at night it was time to plant some veggies.

Yes, I know in VT its not a good idea before memorial day or maybe even fathers day on a given year. However I can't wait anymore... We planted spinich, a 2 square feet of carrots and 2 square feet of beets...

I hope our make shift green house works... My husband made it a few weeks ago but when he made up until now it snowed several times and we haven't put it to good use...

Here goes nothing!

Happy Tuesday! and here is to Spring being Sprung!

Looking back on life for March/April 2013

I have been quiet for a while, mostly because I have been to busy to post and well trying to do it from my phone becomes a huge pain in the arse since it constantly freezes. SO I figured I would do a photo montage of life over the past 2 months or so from my phone photos
